Most are gluten-free. Teas that contain gluten are: Blueberry Harvest Herb Tea, Chamomile Mango Herb Tea, Cinammon Spice Herb Tea (formerly called Sinfully Cinamon Herb Tea), and all the Take-a Break Loose Tea varieties.

Flavors with gluten that have been discontinued but might still be found are: Apple and Spice Herbal Garden Tea, Fruit and Berries Herb Tea, Hibiscus and Rose Hips Herbal Tea, Strawberry Herbal Tea.

“Most of our packages are clearly labeled with an allergen statement; please refer to this or the detailed ingredient statement for gluten-containing ingredients.  Our Comstock and Wilderness pie fillings are gluten free. The modified food starch listed in the ingredient statement is corn starch. Our plain vegetables are gluten free including:

All Nut-Thin Crackers and Almond Breeze almond milk beverages are gluten-free.
The new Oven Roasted Cinammon Brown-sugar & Oven Roasted Vanilla Bean are gluten free, along with the Oven Roast No Salt and Oven Roast Sea Salt. Most other almond flavors are also gluten free EXCEPT: Wasabi and Soy Sauce Almonds and Jordan Almonds are NOT gluten free (pdf).

"Our website now indicates flavors containing gluten. Most of the Brigham's flavors are gluten free. Flavors that are gluten free include:
Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Strawberry, Coffee, Peppermint Stick,Mocha Almond, Mocha Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, Dice Cream, Quakc Tracks, and Raspberry Lime Rickey Sherbet.

All Wheat flavors (i.e. Oreo, big dig) are processed at day end to avoid cross contamination of non gluten containing products.

The frozen yogurt is sold under the name Élan. The Vanilla, Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Strawberry Kiss, Black Raspberry and Bordeaux Cherry are all gluten free."

“Butterball Fresh Turkey and Butterball Fresh Breast of Turkey, are all-natural and contain no added ingredients. Individual ingredients are specified on the labels of all Butterball Frozen Turkeys and Butterball frozen line extension products. (Although gluten-free, the recipe does include 0.5 ppm corn protein.)"

We have worked with people from the Celiac Society in the past and have been aware of the problem of finding gluten-free products.
